Top-notch breakfast and fantastic rooftop bar
I had a wonderful stay, particularly enjoying the made-to-order chilaquiles and the delightful rooftop bar that offered amazing cocktails. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making my experience special. One area for improvement would be the check-in process, as waiting until 3 p.m. without any flexibility was frustrating.

Perfect for those who appreciate quality service
The staff at this place were so incredibly nice! ! They surprised us with bottled water and even wine glasses, along with a bottle from L.A. Cetto, just to make our stay feel special. The daily breakfast buffet was fantastic, with made-to-order chilaquiles and fresh juice that got us going right each morning!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but I’d say it’s still worth it.

The spacious Superior King Room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by hot showers and friendly staff who ensured all needs were met. Breakfast featured a nice array of options, including whole wheat bread rolls, which enhanced the morning experience. However, the lack of proximity to historical attractions was a minor drawback, making travel a bit cumbersome at times.

It was just a proper fit for a brief visit in Guadalajara with reasonable price. The lobby area was a bit cramped but overall decent. Be prepared for noise in the hallways. it might be tough to sleep soundly at night.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
During my stay, I faced a major issue with noise levels in the hallways. The combination of marble floors and non-hotel doors allowed every sound to travel directly into my room, making it impossible to sleep or relax. Even with earplugs, the noise continued to disrupt my peace, which is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to unwind.
